1. Choose Countdown on the "Timers" tab.
2. Choose time, on expiration of which the shutdown of computer or other action will be executed.

Shutdown of computer at inaction of CPU.

The shutdown of computer or execution of other action will be made then, when the use of processor by the system will not exceed the fixed limit. For example, if in the flow of 2 minutes a processor will not be used more than on 20 percents, the shutdown of computer will be executed, if the load of processor will exceed 20%, then CPU Timer will begin counting out at first. For the successful shutdown of computer in the flow of two minutes the load of processor must not exceed 20%.

  Scheduling.

By the tab of "Schedule" it is possible to set the unlimited amount of tasks. It can help to execute the shutdown of computer in the certain day of week in the set time. For example, you can set the shutdown of computer from Monday for Friday in 6:00 PM, and on Saturday in 5:00PM. It is also possible to set the shutdown of computer in a certain day, for example, to execute the Hibernate mode in 3:00PM, 12 December, 2007. Or it is possible to execute action every day in the set time, for example, start an alarm clock in 8:30 AM. On the tab of "Schedule", you also, can choose other actions, except for the shutdown of computer, such as: alarm clock, disconnect Internet connection , closing of the chosen program, start of the chosen program.
To add the task, it is necessary:
1. On the "Scheduled" tab to click the "Add Task" button.
2. Then, choose a date or day of week.
3. Choose time, which it is necessary in, that action was executed.
4. Choose necessary action, such as Power off, Restart, Log off, Power off monitor, Hibernate, Show message, Alarm clock, Disconnect internet connection, Start program, Close program.
5. Click the "OK" button.

Shutdown of computer, when it idle.

When an user is away on some time, and to the computer does not act signals from a mouse and keyboard, and also the loading of processor is minimum, it can be turned off.
To activate the mode of shutdown of computer at an outage, it is necessary:
1. On the "Idle CPU" tab set checkbutton "Execute action when user is away…".
2. Specify time of inaction of computer, which the shutdown or other action will be executed after expiration of.
3. Choose action.
4. Click the "Apply" button, for saving of options.
To avoid the loss of the not stored information at the shutdown, it is necessary to use the Hibernate mode. All information being in memory will be stored on a hard disk and recovered after the Windows start.

Cleaning of Computer.

This function is intended for the cleaning of your computer from unnecessary files, such as temporary files of the system, temporary files Internet Explorer, Recyclebin, records of recently active files. This function is automatic and is executed before shutdown of computer.
For implementation of cleaning set necessary checkboxes on the "Cleaning" tab, and clcik the "Apply" button, for saving of options. Cleaning will be executed before the shutdown of computer. You can hide the demonstration of progress of cleaning unchek the checkbox of "Display "Clean" window".
You, also, can execute cleaning immediately, clicking the button of "Clean now".

Network shutdown.

By the "Network" tab you can turn off the remote computers of your local network. For this purpose it is necessary that on every computer the AgataSoft ShutDown Pro program was intalled, and also, that "remote action" was settled in options.
For permission of shutdown of remote machine, in the AgataSoft ShutDown Pro program, on a remote machine, it is necessary:
1. On the "Security" tab to set the checkbox of "Enable remote action".
2. To push the "Apply button", for saving of options.
3. If it is necessary to protect the shutdown of computer from the unauthorized access, a password is set, click the button of "Set password".
4. Enter a password.
5. Enter confirmation.
6. Push the "OK" button.
 

For implementation of network shutdown of remote machine, it is necessary:

1. On the "Network" tab to click the "Scan Network" button.
2. Choose from a list the names of computers, which it is necessary to turn off. It is possible to choose at once a lot of computers. Choosing computers is possible selecting by a mouse, it is possible clutching the Ctrl key + click, and Shift + click.
3. After the selection of necessary computers, clcik the "Run Action" button.
4. Then enter a password, if you set it on remote machines on the "Security" tab, opposite the checkbox of "Enable remote action".
5. Choose action which will be executed on a remote computer, for example "Hibernate".
6. Click the "Run Action" button.
